If you are searching for a specific movie title, you can use FindMore@NUSL or LINC.

In FindMore, you can do a search and then restrict the search to Content TypeVideo Recording (Click on More... if necessary). . Note that this will give you physical copies such as DVDs as well as online streaming videos from online video libraries.

You will usually need to know the stack number of the item, so click in through the title to take note of the stack number.

You can also use LINC.

1. Click on LINC

2. Type in title of movie e.g Matrix

3. Select in "Videos/Films Collection"and search

Do note that

a) Audiovisual items are for viewing in library premises only.  Lecturers who need to borrow this out of library can use the Advance Booking Form for Media Materials online form (under heading Services for Teaching) from the services list.

b) Certain Digital/AV materials are restricted to staff/students taking a course of study

c) Persons who are not staff/students of NUS, and certain casual/part-time NUS personnel do not have access to Digital/AV resources due to license restrictions

Video libraries

Besides physical copies, you can also find streaming videos in online video libraries we subscribe to (e.g Filmakers library onlineNaxos video library)

Collecting multi-media items from the library

Check the location of the item and status of the item to learn how to obtain the item.  Sample of some location codes for multi-media items (click on code to see more details)
