In LINC+, what does "Mark for Export" ("Shopping Cart" icon) do?
Answer
In LINC+, mark for export allows you to save bibliographic information about the item (title, author, subject etc) and email yourself the details.
To do so, at the results page, click "Mark for Export" for the title you want to save for email. Next, scroll to the top right of the page and click "Export Records". Key in your email address, subject and select the export format before clicking on "Send".
To export these results to EndNote see this.
Please note this function does not download the full-text of the item, nor does it place a hold on the item.
