I am using Internet Explorer, Safari or on iPhone, iPad and when I click on a link in FindMore@NUSL the link always fails! What do I do?

If you are on some versions of Internet Explorer or Safari, your cookie settings might sometimes block full-text access via either links from FindMore@NUSL or by clicking on the Findit!@NUS Libraries button or links from other databases.
On an iPad (iPhone is similar) you may see the error below. Similarly for other Internet Explorer & Safari users.

If so, you need to enable cookies for all parties. In the case of iPad (and iPhone), go to settings , Safari and make sure the setting for Accept cookies is set to "Always" not "From visited" only.
