Current NUS Staff/Student who wish to change their contact details with NUS Libraries will have to make the changes in the Office of Human Resource System (OHR) or the Education Records System (EduRec)

For NUS Staff:

For current NUS Staff, please head to the OHR system in the library portal to make changes to your contact details. Do note that you need to be on NUS network before you can access the system. If you are not on NUS Network, please access the OHR system after you are logged into NUS VPN.

Please contact NUS Office of Human Resource if you have any queries or issues.

Do note that the changes will take 48-72 hours before it is reflected in the library system.

Please also note that the library will only contact NUS Staff via their NUS Email. You may want to use the the email forwarding service provided by NUS IT if you wish to receive emails from the library via your personal email address. The instructions to enable email forwarding can be found here.

For NUS Students:

For current NUS Students, you will need to make the changes in your contact detail in the Education Records System (EduRec).  Please use your NUSNET ID and Password to login to the system.

Instructions on how to change your contact details in ERC can be found here. You will need your NUSNET ID and Password to access the file.

Please contact NUS Registrar's Office if you have any queries or issues.
