The LawNet database provides access to Singapore legislation, case law, parliamentary debates and secondary sources. The UK Law Reports, Weekly Law Reports and Malayan Law Journal are also available through LawNet.

Faculty of Law staff and students can access the LawNet database through this link. Please log in with your LawNet log in ID and password.

Other NUS staff and students can access LawNet via the NUS Library portal.

Searching for cases

Enter search terms (case name) in the basic search box. Select 'Cases' under resources and click 'search'.

For example, Ng Swee Hua v Auston International Group Ltd and another

Search by citation 

For example [2012] 1 SLR 1 or [2010] SGHC 362

On the results page, select a relevant case to view full-text

Click on the icon to download the pdf file
