If you are unable to access your library record via myLINC (http://linc.nus.edu.sg/screens/patronexit.html), the possible error messages are:

  • Invalid PIN
  • Cannot locate patron record


 
Invalid PIN
This means that your PIN is incorrectly entered.  If you have  forgotten your pin, see this.

Cannot locate patron record
This means that your library membership number is incorrectly entered.  The library membership number is your staff number, matriculation number or library card number (if you are an external member).  Please type in the alphanumeric characters as they appear on your membership, staff or matriculation cards. For NUS students or staff, please note that this is not the same as your NUSNET ID/ NUS email account.
