There are three ways in which you will be notified when your requested item is ready for pickup: 1) via email, 2) post, or 3) myLINC.
For NUS staff and students, the pick up notice will be sent to your NUS email accounts by default. For external members, you will receive email notices if your email addresses are in the Library database. If you would like to have your notices sent via email or to a preferred email address, please inform the staff at the library's Loans Desk or email Membership . You may also submit an E-Form for Change of Mail and/or Email Address request via the NUS Libraries Portal at http://www.lib.nus.edu.sg.
Members whose email address is not in the library database will have the pickup notice sent to their home or office addresses.
You may also check myLINC to find out when your book is ready for pickup. Instructions on how to access myLINC are available here.
1. Click on Requests (holds) to view the items that you have requested.
2. When the item is ready for you, the status will show Ready for Pickup.
