Your membership number, staff number or matriculation number is the alphanumeric characters as they appear on your membership, staff or matriculation cards. If your card has any additional numbers (up to 2 digits) after the letter, please exclude it.
This is not the same as your NUSNET ID (which you use to access your email, IVLE, electronic resources)
Some examples of staff, matriculation and membership numbers you should enter.
Undergraduate: U081234B or A0077111X (AY2010/2011-) , exclude additional digits if any after the letter
Postgraduate: HT096460U or A0077111X (AY2010/2011-) , exclude additional digits if any after the letter
For Undergraduates and graduates from AY 2013/2014 onwards, (or older students who have replaced their cards), they will be issued a Matric card with 2 additional digits at the end after the letter. Eg A0077111X11 OR A0077111X21 OR A0077111X12
Please omit the additional two digits at the end. Eg Enter A0077111X not A0077111X11
External member: LP01234z
In the example above, you should enter U083714D as your matriculation number. If your card has any additional numbers (1 or 2) after the letter, please exclude it.
