After placing a request for a closed stacks item, you can collect the item(s) from the Central Library Loans Desk once you received an email stating that the items are ready for pick-up or at the times listed below:

Term Time:
Request Placed in LINC | Time of Collection at Loans Desk | |
Monday to Friday | Before 9.29 am | After 10.30 am |
Between 9.30 am - 5.30 pm |
If the request is submitted 30 minutes before the hour, the item can be collected 30 minutes after the next hour. EG: Items requested between 9.30 am - 10.30 am can be collected at 11.30 am |
