NUS Libraries does not provide downloads or rental of any software, nor are our pcs in the library equipped with any special software beyond Office and EndNote.
Instead try the software catalogue administered by NUS Computer Centre to see what software you have access to (for example, to install EndNote). Having problems with the software catalogue? Please contact IT Care.
Different students and staff will have different access to software for download (set by your department - requires to be in-campus), you may not necessarily have access to SPSS, MATLAB, Eviews, Nvivo etc or any other paid software (e.g Microsoft Word or Office) you are looking for.
Depending on the software you are looking for, some computer labs in your faculty/school may have them installed (e.g AS7). Please check with the respective departments, your professors or computer centre.
Currently the library does not provide training on any of these software except EndNote, if you are looking for books or guides on the same topic instead, search the library catalogue.
- I´m using now Stata in cloud. There is 30-days free version. Try it here: https://www.apponfly.com/en/application/stata?TIV
- Here are some statistical softwares: Stata, NCSS, SPSS
