The speed depends on stock availability and country of origin. Generally films from overseas take at least 3 weeks to arrive and upon receipt films are sent to Media Development Authority (MDA)  for classification. MDA will respond within 50 days (7 weeks) for films submitted for classification.  In total it takes about 8 weeks before films can be added to collection. Unless the film already has a pre existing rating given by MDA, it would not be necessary to send for classification again.

Films available locally in the video store can be added to collection within one week.
