Please expect at least 2 to 3 months for films to be available in the library's collection. The time taken for DVDs to arrive depends on several factors, such as the availability of the institutional or public screening version, and obtaining the DVD regional encoding for Singapore. Unrated films would also need to be sent to the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) for their classification.

Streaming films may take even longer as it often involves tracing the copyright owner to obtain the institutional streaming license. In most cases, it may be impossible to obtain the institutional versions of box-office and mainstream or feature films, as most of the copyright owners either do not respond, or they reject the library's requests for the institutional streaming license.

Please note that film requests are strictly for teaching and course use only.
