NUS alumnus do have wifi access in NUS. However, there are some additional steps involved before a NUS alumni can access Wi-Fi in the campuses of NUS.
For NUS Alumnus who graduated before 1st July 2013:
Next, please select the eduroam Wi-Fi network. When prompted for username and password, key in your AlumMAIL username in this form Alummail_id@alumni.nus.edu.sg with your AlumMAIL password. Please note that that @alumni.nus.edu.sg must be appended after you key in your AlumMAIL ID. Please do not select the NUS or NUSOPEN Wi-Fi networks.
Please note that the AlumMAIL account does not provide access to E-Resources. Usage of E-Resources is only meant for NUS staff and students. It also does not provide borrowing privileges. If you wish to have borrowing privileges, please apply for a Personal External Membership.

For NUS Alumnus who graduated on or after 1st July 2013:
NUS Alumnus who graduated after June 2013 have been issued with a life-long NUS email.
To access Wi-Fi in NUS, Alumnus will have to select the eduroam Wi-Fi network. When prompted for their username and password, please key in your username in this form: firstname.lastname@example.org, followed by your life-long NUS email password. Please do not select the NUS or NUSOPEN Wi-Fi networks. If you are facing issues with your life-long NUS email account, please contact NUS IT Care.
Please note that the life-long email account does not provide access to E-Resources. Usage of E-Resources is only meant for NUS staff and students. It also does not provide borrowing privileges. If you wish to have borrowing privileges, please apply for a Personal External Membership.
NUS Alumnus should be aware that the signal strength of the NUS Wireless network may vary at different locations.
