Copying the DVD/VCD is not allowed unless it counts as ‘fair dealing’ under Section 109 of the Copyright Act.

Playing of Music and Video
We recommend that students and staff of NUS play music or videos from the DVDs and VCDs borrowed from the library for purposes of their own private research or study.
