All current NUS students should be able to access NUS Libraries's E-Resources with their NUSNET ID and Password.
If you are unable to access E-Resources it may be due to the following:
Wrong/Invalid NUSNET Password:
It is possible that you may have forgotten or entered the wrong NUSNET password. To verify if you have entered the correct password, please try to access LumiNUS. If you are unable to login to LumiNUS, please contact NUS ITCare to reset your NUSNET Password.
Expiry of NUSNET Password:
It is also possible that your NUSNET password has expired. To verify if your NUSNET password has expired, please try to access IVLE or your NUS Email. If indeed your NUSNET password has expired, there will be a prompt that instructs you to change your NUSNET password.
Overdue Library Book(s)/Fines:
Your E-Resource access would have been suspended if you have received the final reminder from the library about your overdue library book(s)/fines.
- Please return all your overdue library book(s) and settle all library fines
- Once that is done, please contact 6516-2016 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to request for reinstatement of your E-Resource access. Please note that it will take 1 working day for your E-Resource access to be reinstated.
