Scanning services are available at the photocopy room of the following libraries.

  • Central Library
  • Science Library
  • Hon Sui Sen Memorial Library
  • Medical Library
  • C J Koh Law Library (near the network printers)

Scanning services are free, but you will need to bring your own thumb drive to save the scanned files (emailing of files is not allowed). Please observe the Copyright Act when scanning.

Scanning services are also available at CBLC at Yusof Ishak, level 3

Science CBLC at S10 and ERC (Education Resource Centre) PC Commons at UTown also provide scanning services.

The facilities are available only for those who have NUSNET id and password, i.e. NUS student and staff.

Please note that like most printing facilities in NUS, you will need to be a current NUS student or staff with a NUSnet ID to do any printing. NUS alumni with printing and scanning needs should instead visit the Alumni Centre.

Lamination services can be found in the photocopying shop. Please check with the respective photocopying shop operators in the different libraries.

Fax services

Please note that fax services are no longer available in all Singapore Post Offices or in NUS Libraries.
