Attention : For new NUS Students and Staff, it may take a few working days before your library record is created, however you should be able to use our E-Resources with your NUSNET ID. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we seek your understanding.
Having problems getting into your library account?
1. Ensure that you enter your Matriculation or Staff number not your NUSNET ID (or email ID)
Your membership number, staff number or matriculation number is the alphanumeric characters as they appear on your membership, staff or matriculation cards.
This is not the same as your NUSNET ID (which you use to access your email, IVLE, electronic resources)
Some examples of staff, matriculation and membership numbers.

External member: LP01234Z
2. Ensure you have entered your Library PIN
Please note that your Library PIN is not the same as your NUSNET password (which you use to access LumiNUS and NUS Mail).
What if I forget my Library PIN?:
If you have forgetten your Library PIN, you can reset it here. Alternatively, you can approach the loans desk for assistance.
If you are unable to login to library account please ensure that:
1.If you are a new staff or student who recently joined us, your profile might not be created yet. You can wait a few days or contact us with details of your problem and we will assist you. Depending on the profile, you might already be able to access eresources immediately.
2. You are entering your staff number or matriculation number and Not your NUSNET ID.
3. You have entered your Library Pin correctly. If you have forgotten or do not know your Library PIN, please reset it here.
