If the book that you are searching for cannot be found on the shelves, please ensure that you are searching in the right location (location code) and the item has the status available. Do note that for closed stack items, you can only request for it via LINC.
If you are searching in the right location, and the catalogue indicates it is available and yet the book still cannot be found, please try again later as the book might be in use by another user.
Please approach the library staff at the Loans desk for assistance if the book still cannot be found. The library staff on duty will create a search card for the book and a hold will be placed for you.
Once the book is found, you will receive an email, informing you to collect the book at the Loans desk.
