The Library is an institutional member of ICPSR. As such, NUS staff and students can download restricted data files that are available to member institutions. Before downloading the files, you will need to create an account or login to ICPSR database.
1. Connect to ICPSR
1.1. Search for ICPSR in our library portal under the Databases tab:
You will be prompted to login with your NUSNETID and password.
1.2. At the top right corner of the ICPSR page, either:
- Login to ICPSR
- Create an account with ICPSR if you have not created one earlier.
1.3. At the next display screen, select to Continue via proxy server
1.4. For new users, select Create account. For existing users, select Returning User
1.5.. Search for your datasets
1.6. Select the required data file from the list of results displayed
