You can use the Document Delivery Service (DDS) for the Library to obtain articles that are not available in our collection. This service is free and available only for eligible NUS staff and students. Please refer to this guide on finding library resources first before submitting DDS requests.

Due to copyright restrictions, we regret that DDS is only for the requestor's personal use and the requested article cannot be shared or distributed. We are also unable to accept DDS requests submitted on behalf of someone else.

To submit a request, please fill in the DDS eForm at the library portal. You would need to login with your NUSNET ID and password.

The eForm is also available at the Recommend Articles, Books, & Other Materials for Purchase option under the Borrowing & Requests menu.

The default eForm would show the DDS one.

You will be informed via email when the item you request is available for download or collection.

Please contact the Acquisitions team if you have issues accessing the eForm.
