You may use the respective eForms at the library portal to recommend books, journals, and media materials not available in the library.

While this service is free and only for valid NUS staff and students, please note that the eForms are only a recommendation for the library's consideration.

To access the e-forms for recommending materials unavailable in the library:

1. At the library portal, click on either of the Recommend Articles, Books & Other Materials for Purchase links under the Borrowing & Requests menu. You would need to login using your NUSNET ID and password.

If the item status is already On Order, it means someone else has already requested for the same item, but you can reserve it.

2. Click on the type of item you are requesting. The corresponding eForm willl appear. Then fill in the form with details of the item you are requesting.

You will receive an email notification once the item is available in the library.

Please contact the Acquisitions team if you have issues accessing the eForms.
