You will be informed via email once your new card is ready for collection at Computer Centre, Level 1 (Smart-Card Centre) - processing time is about 7 working days from date of receipt of payment. Bring the portion of 'Request & Payment Form' and the email send by Registrar's Office with the "Request No" when you go to collect the replacement card. If you have lost the payment slip, please bring your NRIC/Passport for verification purpose.
