ScholarBank@NUS provides content with increased visibility, a permanent URL, a dedication to preservation, and full-text searchability. It makes knowledge accessible to a wider audience, and preserves research and scholarship for future scholars. Since it is a central collection of published work and data (where copyright permits), it promotes interdisciplinary collaboration and awareness of work done in other departments. In addition, it raises the academic and University’s profile as it showcases NUS research output.

Finally, with increased visibility, we also hope to enhance the research impact of our researchers’ work.
