Loan services, on-premise use of library collection and study spaces are available to those eligible to enter the respective libraries.
For the safety and health of everyone, please observe the following measures when in the libraries:
Mask must be put on at all times
Maintain personal hygiene at all times, e.g. sanitise your hands before and after browsing books or using common facilities such as computers, lifts, and washrooms.
Regular loans services are available.
- Mainshelf books with status "Available" are for self-retrieval at the respective libraries
- Items currently out on loan or held in Closed Stacks may be reserved or requested using the Request Item button on the catalogue
- Reserved items can be collected from the library loans desk. Alternatively, you may request for items to be placed in BookStation lockers for pickup at your convenience
- Intralibrary loans for graduate students and staff are to be requested using the intralibrary loan e-form on the library portal
As always the e-resources are available 24 hours a day for NUS staff and students.
We will clean the library spaces regularly and provide sanitizers at high touch areas. In addition, safety ambassadors will conduct regular checks to ensure safety measures are observed.
Discussion rooms or project rooms are available for bookings via the Facility Booking System (library entry policies and the room use terms and conditions apply).
For use of the following special facilities, please contact the respective teams:
