If you get this error message even though you have used your NUS email to register in a Zoom library workshop, you may not have set up your NUS account in Zoom yet.

First, ensure that you have logged into Zoom using the SSO login, and not your personal login. Check this CIT FAQ on how to login via SSO. If something went wrong when trying to login using SSO, follow this FAQ on how to rectify the issue.

After logging to Zoom using SSO, please try registering for the library workshop again.
