Booking spaces in NUS Libraries is simple and available only to NUS Students and Staff. There are two main categories of spaces you can book:

  • 📚 Study Spaces / Discussion Rooms
  • 🏢 Event Spaces

🏢 Booking Event Spaces

  • Use the Library LibCal System: https://nus.libcal.com/
  • Booking Window:
    • Event spaces can be booked up to 2 months ahead of the event.
    • All bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
